A New Chapter on High Street: Introducing Vibe Creative Social Innovation Hub, VIBE Cafe, Be ReZilient and STRIVE Initiative, Inc.
As Founder and CEO of The STRIVE Initiative, I am proud to share an exciting milestone in our organization’s growth, the opening of Vibe Creative Social Innovation Hub on High Street in downtown Pottstown. This new community-centered space represents more than a physical location; it is a shared vision for what happens when youth voice, creativity, and community collaboration come together.
Vibe Creative was intentionally designed to serve as a welcoming hub for mentorship, workforce exploration, dialogue, and creative expression, giving young people a place where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. This expansion builds on STRIVE’s proven model of multimedia-based mentoring and civic engagement, extending our impact year-round in the heart of the community.

Vibe Creative is made possible through a powerful joint venture partnership with Be ReZilient, grounded in a shared commitment to equity, healing, and opportunity. Together, STRIVE and Be ReZilient are co-stewarding this space as a platform for youth programming, community conversations, workforce development, and cultural connection.
Through this partnership, we are aligning resources, leadership, and relationships to ensure that programming at Vibe Creative reflects the needs and strengths of Pottstown residents. From youth-led podcasts and DJ showcases to community forums and live events, this collaboration allows us to scale impact while staying deeply rooted in trust, accountability, and shared governance.

The launch of Vibe Creative marks a major step forward in STRIVE’s long-term vision for sustainable growth and deeper community engagement. This space allows us to expand successful initiatives such as youth workforce development, Play Streets activations, and community storytelling, while also piloting new programs that connect young people to Career & Technical Education pathways, paid learning opportunities, and civic leadership experiences.
