Qualifications
- Must be high school age or older
- Ability to commit regularly (e.g. 1 hour per week, or as role requires)
- Pass a background check / clearances
- Strong listening skills, patience, dependability

Volunteer Roles
Mentor
You’ll meet regularly with a mentee to build trust, listen, encourage, and guide. Our ideal mentors commit for one school year. Training and support are provided.
Workshop / Program Facilitator
Lead a session in your area of expertise: leadership, career readiness, finances, art, or other life skills. You’ll provide a 60–90 min session to a small group.
Event & Logistics Support
Help with planning, setup, check-in, and behind-the-scenes tasks for events, training sessions, or fundraisers.
Administrative Support / Outreach
Assist with volunteer communication, outreach, data entry, social media, or partnerships.
