STRIVE students played an integral role in supporting Pottstown Middle School assemblies by leading live DJ sets, capturing photographs, and hosting video and podcast content throughout multiple school-wide events. Their involvement helped elevate the assemblies into dynamic, student-centered experiences, combining music, media, and storytelling to engage peers while highlighting the power of youth creativity within the school environment.
By managing live sound, documenting events, and producing multimedia content in real time, STRIVE students gained hands-on experience in performance, digital media, and professional communication. These opportunities reflect STRIVE’s pipeline approach to youth development, placing students in authentic settings where they apply creative skills, build confidence, and practice leadership.
