STRIVE students played a high-energy role in supporting Pottstown Middle School pep rallies by leading live DJ sets, capturing event photography, and hosting video and podcast-style content during school-wide celebrations. Their involvement helped transform each pep rally into an engaging, student-driven experience, amplifying school spirit through music, media, and youth leadership while creating moments that students and staff could celebrate together.
By managing live sound, documenting the events, and producing multimedia content in real time, STRIVE students gained hands-on experience in DJ performance, photography, videography, and digital storytelling. These pep rally experiences reflect STRIVE’s pipeline model, which places students in authentic, fast-paced environments where they build confidence, professionalism, and transferable career skills.
