In 2026, The STRIVE Initiative proudly launches the Come to the Table Podcast, a powerful new weekly podcast created to foster connection, understanding, and unity across Pottstown and beyond. Recorded and produced at Vibe Creative Social Innovation Hub, the podcast honors the legacy of beloved community leader Dennis Kulp, whose lifelong mission centered on bringing people together through honest conversation, shared meals, and mutual respect.
Inspired by his belief that fear is replaced by understanding when people truly communicate, Come to the Table will feature diverse guests, including faith leaders, educators, youth, artists, and local changemakers, engaging in meaningful dialogue around humanity, healing, and community building.
As a Year 1 pilot, the podcast will produce 52 weekly episodes while also serving as a hands-on learning platform for youth involved with STRIVE. Through media training, mentorship, and real-world production experience, students will gain valuable skills in podcasting, audio engineering, storytelling, and digital media while working alongside adult hosts and community professionals.
In addition to the weekly episodes distributed on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube, the initiative will host live “Come to the Table” community events, further strengthening civic engagement and cross-cultural connection in downtown Pottstown. With this launch, The STRIVE Initiative continues its commitment to elevating youth voice, preserving local stories, and creating spaces where conversation leads to understanding and understanding leads to lasting change.
