Through a grant from the Montgomery County Pandemic Recovery Fund, the STRIVE Initiative has garnered support for the continuation and expansion of Created for Greatness, a hybrid mentorship program encompassing virtual and in-person mentoring, academic tutoring, and community conversations with the goal to aid Pottstown youth in identifying their passions and aspirations. Created for Greatness focuses on mentorship in a student’s life, including: academics, mental health, higher education, and career readiness.
The grant money will be used to support youth and students that are living through and navigating a post-pandemic world. The youth served will be provided guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to rediscover their sense of purpose and passion.
The STRIVE Initiative is pleased and honored to continue supporting the Pottstown youth, schools, and community and have a direct and positive impact on those individuals who need it the most.
